On Oct. 1st we came in to purchase a full set of tires for our F-150. They were ordered and installed the following day. While there on the two occasions, I couldn't help but notice the excellent customer service being given to everyone who walked in. The service was over and above anything you see anywhere anymore. Just traveled from Deltaville to your Mechanicsville location, and boy was it worth the trip. We had been experiencing what seemed to be a tire noise, but turned out to be a bad wheel bearing. Kevin quickly diagnosed the problem with a test drive. He ordered a replacement part which was delivered in minutes. Overall time was less than three hours. Kevin was friendly, knowledgeable, and professionable. I'll be back

I cannot express enough at the outstanding work these guys did!! I called but 930am needed transmission exchange and coolant flush, not only did they get me in the same day but also picked up my truck and returned it when done and only charged me a third of what the dealership quoted me!! Outstanding customer service, polite and didn't come up wit any not needed repairs. Thank you Serendi's you have become my go to shop!!!
